Kango Express Nigeria cannot deliver items that are prohibited, have legal restrictions or that are restricted for safety reasons.
It is important that you familiarize yourself with prohibited or restricted items to avoid buying and shipping such items. Be sure to check with your local Customs regularly to know items that are restricted for import/export.
Kango Nigeria will open and inspect every package that it receives. If it determines that an item is restricted or prohibited, you will be informed why it cannot be shipped and given the following options:
- provide any information that can allow us to clear and approve your item for shipment,
- Request that we return the item to the merchant at your cost.
- Arrange to pick up your item or have us forward the item to an alternate address (not another forwarding company) within the USA or Nigeria at your cost.
- Authorize us to dispose of the product as we see fit, with the understanding that there may be a cost to you for the disposal.
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia will be handed over to local law enforcement for investigation and possible prosecution.
